Disclamer: I, the artist, reserve the right to decline any commission that make me uncomfortable._1. Terms and conditions1- By comissioning me, you confirm you have fully read the terms of servive and agree to my terms.2- No refund for commission will be approved strictly unless the commission has not been started yet.3- Any discriminatory or innapropriate behaviors are strictly prohibited. In which case, a cancellation of the commission will occur, with a full or half refund depending on the progress of the artwork.4- Every commercial work will require an additional fee of 300% of the initial rendered price strictly.5- Rush order are not availabe even for an extra fee. Keep that in mind.6- My signature can't be removed under any circonstances on any work. The same rule applies for commercial ones.7- You, the client, are not allowed to claim my artwork as yours, trace and claim it yours.8- I, the artist, will need, at least, all references and a full description of what you want before starting the work.9- Please be respectful when messaging me and clear upon what you want.10- To communicate with me you can either DM me directly on Ko_FI

Ko-fi._2. PayementTwo payment methods are available:
Upfront and 3x payement.1- The payement is via Paypal only on my Ko-fi.2- 3x payement is the original price divised by three and the payements schedule is
- The first before sketch sample
- The second one when the color sample received
- The last one when the Final sample received
The final artwork without watermark will be sent once the payement is full._3. Process1- Dm me on Instagram ( or Cara) or contact me be email to discuss about your project. Once agreed and the project accepted, go on my Ko-fi to process the payment.2- On my ko-fi page, you, the client, will book a slot. If not sure about the one to chose, reach me where you first contacted me.3- The format will be 2480px x 3508px ( A4 Format ) or 3300 x 3300 for a square artwork.4- You, the client, will choose a name/username you want me, the artist, to use on my board ( In progress section ) visible to everyone, to keep track for me, the artist, and you the client of the progress.5- A complete description and referances are required to start6-Sketching phase: a rough sketch sample, with a watermark will be provided to the client to discuss about the eventual changes to do. In this stage you can change whatever you want.7- Color phase: When the sketch is accepted, I'll enter the lineart and coloring phase where I do the flat colors. I'll provide two other samples with a watermark at the lineart and flat colors stage to discuss with the client about eventual minor changes (e.g colors, haircut, accessories) This phase includes two minor changes for free. More changes requires an extra fee of 8 euros.8- Once the comission finalized, The artwork will be sent by email to the client in JPEG format and PNG format sent through a Swisstransfert link.A comission can be completed under one week to thirty days.4. Copyright and usage
The copyright belongs to the artist. I, the artist, keep the right to upload the atwork on social media, portfolio, comission sample, Youtube etc.The client has no right to:
- claim the artwort but the character(s).
-Removing the watermarks or signatures
- use commercially the artwork without purchasing the commercial rights
- Use my artwork as NFT
-Use my artwork to train aI
